CAC must buy TTB cos he has to hold a company. Study the history of CAC and see what he has done to TTB? Why change the names for many times? Why sold to Keuro and buy back? Why CAC sold KEURO?11 sen is too cheap for CAC! But is a bit unfair for share holders. Play play never-mind! If want to keep good stock, I prefer other dividend stocks. Market full of good profit counters, I won't take the risk to keep TTB,,only for fun, find some coffee duit! PREVIOUS TTB history is important. Last 10 years, when CAC hold TTB, share holders were very sad to see the performance. Now, I hope CAC had changed the management. I read the history, and this is the 1st time I know the company from relatives and online articles. Good luck!

PETALING JAYA: Malaysian executives expect merger and acquisition (M&A) activity in the local market to be dominated by mid-market sized deals in the next 12 months.According to the bi-annual Ernst & Young Advisory Services’ (E&Y) South-East Asia Capital Confidence Barometer published recently, Malaysian executives, like their Asean counterparts who took part in the survey, expect deals of US$50mil (RM165mil) and below to drive M&A volumes in the next 12 months. It also said the main drivers for M&As locally is corporate earnings and access to financing. E&Y Malaysia’s transaction advisory services head George Koshy told StarBiz that corporate earnings outlook among Malaysians was expected to improve positively to the next 12 months. “There is a very bullish sentiment in the market place,” he said. He explained that the bullish sentiment and the confidence stems from the positive gross domestic product (GDP) growth of 6.4% in the second quarter of 2014, the double-digit growth in private investments which expanded by 12.1% and private consumption which increased by 6.5%. “Bank Negara is confident that GDP for this year will exceed its forecast,” Koshy said. According to the barometer, three out of four Malaysian executives surveyed expect the local M&A market to improve in the next 12 months. However, unlike their counterparts in five other Asean markets surveyed, Malaysian executives expect all M&A deals to be in the US$50mil and below range. This would be a sea-change among Malaysian executives, who six months ago expected 40% of deals to be above US$251mil and another 40% in the US$50mil to US$250mil range.Koshy said in the past 12 months, 46 deals out of 99 deals were done in Malaysia below US$50mil and the bulk of it derived from the industrial, consumer, energy and leisure sectors
On the Breakfast Grille is Yaw Chun Soon, executive director of Talam Transform Bhd.
Formerly a prominent property developer, backed by well-known businessman Tan Sri Chan Ah Chye, Talam found itself laden with debt and dogged with a reputation for poor quality housing in the years following the 1997 Asian Financial Crisis.
The company has spent the better part of the past decade paring down its sandbank to pay for its loans, settling out of court with its various joint venture partners and finally changed its name to reflect it progress. We ask him what his plans are for the future, how the company intends to shake the public's negative perception of Talam and whether Tan Sri Chan still holds the reins.
Its a good counter with a risk. 2 or 3 more good performance qtrly report please. Betting on BOD to announce another good news in media. Come on talam... chances are all in your hand.
To hold TalamT is high risk tried compare to KEURO. I changed my track to KEURO. Though can't see profit now, but KEURO is led by a good Leader. That's important for the company to run the business.
