talam has no fundamentals.... last FY loss 21m (155m revenue) and this FY up to 3Q.... also loss 21m (82m revenue)... retained earnings -420m.... apa lagi? PN lah soon... if not already
Talam still owns hugh landbanks in klang Valley and these lands have appreciated many times.Investors may not have notice most of their landbanks have not been revalued in its book. At the present price of 4.5 cts to 5 cts, its share is really cheap and it can't go down further.Recently the largest shareholder Chan has bought back a sustantial block of share at around 8cts. Think about it.The shares are undervalued at this price.
this company have being making losses year in year out. Ever wonders what's the directors is doing in this company. whanking everyday in the office? god bless this company with such people
