In the previous bull run, the price uump from 0.05cents to 0.60cents.. i think nobody here remember and what cause the jump.. the reason was because Huaan made a turn around and record handsome profit after few years of losses..

@123456 - the PP holder did sell the shares as soon as the announcement was made in the last private placement (last PP price was about 0.11, the share price then was somewhere around 0.18-0.20), my guess is based on previous experience. Techax bought a couple of companies which were on the brink of bankruptcy using the PP fund. These companies were owned by the CEO/MD of Technax, please refer to previous posts, someone has shared the news/insights
