The delay in its QR release is as annouced, the MCO has disrupted its financial reporting function and now it needs more time to prepare for the release. I do hope it is as simple as it sound.

And have to admit that the disposal of shares by the Group Chief Accountant does raise eyebrow indeed. I just hope that the disposal is not motivated by upcoming subpar QR release. But looking at the timing of the disposal, it was done when the prices was at historical 10 year high. Maybe she is not used to seeing the price at this 'new norm' level and subsequently could not control her urges to press the sell button.

As for Hexza's performance, Ethanol prices has increased 4 folds since February as reported in CNA's article. Imagine revenue just jump by 4 folds while cost is maintained. This would be a boon to the company.

However, Hexza's Resin business should be a downer since this segment is correlated to furniture industry. Good thing is contribution from this segment is insignificant. Just hope it doesn't create a 'hole' that needs to be filled by its Ethanol segment.

Another thing to worry about is its massive investment. Value of investment could be impacted by overall sentiment in the stock market. I mean you guys have been observing global stock market performance lately right, its definitely not rosy.

One issue I foresee is that while it's true that ethanol prices are high and supply is short, hexza might be only increasing the prices marginally and allocating to distributors whom mark up another 30 to 40%. Just like for latex gloves, the distribution channel makes more than the manufacturers. Manufacturers are also afraid of over profiteering and most instances mask the transaction through private related companies. After all that way they can always show the cost invoice and appear to be passing through cost plus a 20 to 25% margin.
Hope the true opportunity and profits are kept within hexza...

When schools reopen, hand sanitizers will be placed in each classroom. Sanitizing work will be carried out for whole school. Loads of disinfectant will be used...loads of chemical demands..

There are ard 5mil students for gov primary and secondary schools...the number was taken from year 2018...it’s only Gov schools..plus colleges, private, international, tuition ctr, daycare etc...there will be lot more...

An exceeding for $4.25mil , shall surprise the market.
However, $3.15mil to be the least to expect.
While, the annual revenue shud look for annually sales of $122 to 144mil will be steadily ponbibi xp

Thus, fy2020 likely to achieve from $13.25 to $19.55mil pat.
Meaning, a 250% surge of net profit vs fy2019 :)

Hexza , shud be prices at above x18p.e. for its biggest capacity in producing ethanol .

after hexza s share price breakthrough its 10years high
and then toward all time high record of 1.49

Those has study hexza shall know its manufacturing capacity of ethanol
Is the most benefitted from sanitizer boom amongst others whom only has small exposure to ethanol.

Once, hexza qtr out they shall know.


Give sometimes for hexza to cinsilidate at 1.20 (10years record high)... it will be smoother path for hexza to break new record high in near term.

remember ..when MCO just started..everybody scramble for ethanol to make hand sanitizer..and Hexza factory, CIM in Perak, running out of stock.. ..for the past 3 months...sales sure improve a lot. I don't have any figure to back up, but lu fikir la,,everywhere got hand sanitizer that has 70% ethanol in it !!.. its 70% guys..not 3-4 % like in liqueur.

last year, Resin business gave only 7.7% profits (2.05m), but Ethanol gave whoping 21% ($3.2 mil).
Last QR Resin gave only 5% (585k), but Ethanol gave 23% (1.6mil)..Ethanol really give profit splendid margin. If Resin business drop pon still ok, coz 75% of the profit comes from ethanol business

and ethanol very much needed, like glove la..forever needed for the next 1-2 years time. I would expect coming Qr would be much-much better.
