3 factors why hexza might limit up before the QR.
1. Largest producer of ethanol with pharmaceutical grade. Typical margin was ard 20%, now abt 80% margin due to price increase

2. Co backed by high level of cash and liquid assets. Consistently divided of 5% over the last 3 yrs.
3. Young generation, able qualified management, connected and experienced. Think abt the tan chong family's younger generation forming billion $ startups like grab.. Etc.

With so much cash and high dividend rate & strong ethanol price plus injection of new dynamic management this investment cannot go too far wrong loh....!!

BNM rumoured to announce a 50bps cut this week. Sure more investors flocking to such counters as Hexza where dividend is > 5% hopefully with their indication of strong earnings.

Don't think this stock will be the next QL. The 3 cousins are nothing more than investment bankers, they are not businessmen. Managing cash flow is easy, but to expand the business and enter a new business is very challenging. Doubt people who have no experience can do it. More like show only.

Agree. U can c their investment holdings in facebook, amazon, apple & how the co realise profit at the peak just before Covid-19 sell off in 2020. Tis gives me gr8 confidence in Hexza & their management team. Let’s move to 1.50 next
