There's nothing to worry about Insas' cash pile of over RM1,000,000,000. Ah Thong is fine tuning his grand plan. After MGO in 2026, instead of a special dividend of 35 sen, Insas would instead propose a 35 sen capital repayment, no 2% tax.

2% Tax is tax as Income for the year perse.....As for small " fish", after 2-3 year you quietly sell and declare
nothing ( sell when dividend is within 100,000 Cap )

I already sold most of my Insas with good profit and move to Jayatiasa.
Jayatiasa quarter end 30 sept should be good and if CPO price can hold above RM 4,000+ then next quarter ended 31/12/2024 will be even better.
