Now I have mentioned earlier the broker, the politicians from both sides of the divide, the minority .....but do we know what is the brokerage fee? It's like all brokerage, it is a % of the deal. Normal to roll anywhere between 2 to 5%. Yes as high as 5% though some fraternity do an obviously high 10% and get away with it.

If we know who are involve and the fees that is intended, is there a possibility of no show at early stage? Fees are always paid when deals are signed even without the first disbursement. As such getting to the level requires the observer to see the first sign of handshake. To know who is the broker is to see who mentioned the highest GDV at the earliest stage.
