Louise, all u have to know is when a value is unlock, it is irreversible......does not matter whether there is a revaluation done or not it only make it official......example, I bought one of my semi d in kota damansara years ago at 400+k, with now curve, ikea! and coming mrt.....check my price there in I-property.......tropicana Gardens launch avg at 950k now psf.......

The secondary market will adjust.....so you only need to worry about whether got value to unlock.....a lot of projects in penang not announce yet.....ikea and penang second bridge is tip of iceberg......sor chai Burger thinks it must be build and invoice only buy.......ever heard of hedging?? Hedging price can be many times over a financial performance price and selling a large appreciated asset is also a plus point!!

Note ikea has been announce and shelf since early 2000 until confirm recently and similarly, the bridge has been completed in Aug, differed opening since November and now confirmed for March. Look at GOB fly. This is the game played here for price to drop and buyers in again until STP2 confirm.....
