By right , they should have bought many pieces of lands utilizing the cash reserves and now will be a different story for Kseng ? Should be bigger than IOI if not mistaken . And mind you IOI is only 10 cts share now?
Lim AS: keck seng currently has more than 10,000 arce in JB area. It can make development more than 15 yrs.... Why so worry about keck seng should purchase more land. Land bigger than IOI is not matter of keck seng, Keck Seng is target look for valuable land in future.
K Seng does have the two ( in fact these both are all ) most valuable and solid assets : free encumbrance large land banks as well as net cash equivalent . These two holdings more than enough make it the strongest member in Bursa Malaysia.

With the expected increase at 10% pa , it will be still worthwhile to invest but for a longer term. I think houses offered by Kseng are much cheaper compared with Eco- World under TS Liew . The houses sold by TS Liew ranging from 900k- 1.3 mi or higher at 1.3-1.8mi? So which one do u choose?
I was told that security wise is not safe in Kangkar Pulai , many unwanted criminals r on the look out there , mostly out from Spg Rengam ? That's why it is cheaper?
if thugs r around , your safety n security will at stake , your life may be lost due to that , thus better to hunt some other smaller houses esp established old housing garden where the price still affordable, unless n until u r working in S'pore .
As what has malaysiaboleh contented , if Eco- world jv with kseng , then kseng will flyyyy? This meant to say that the present management in kseng is so so ? It has to depend on others to pull thru to make bigger impact.

The co is not in engaging in any buy back given that the permission was given year after year except once in 2013 at 10,000 shares x5.01. The highest ever achieved was 6.40 but TP now is 6.00 after the bonus 1 for 2. Still waiting for the tax refund under tax laws 108 or capital reduction by giving back the share capital ? Another round of bonus issue if permits or what ?
If the co refused to entertain Tax laws 108 and opted to do nothing until the expiry date , then I foresee that this very share may drop no matter what are the good news!
With or without the special dividend, Keck Seng will be one of the moust sought after stocks due to its property investment in IDR. Will continue to buy in as long as its below RM7.50 level. Cheers!!!
