In fact, for the past few months since below 40 sen, WF has been slightly under-performing mother
Reason is simple, the holders were skeptical whether mother performance can continue or not

Wcehb ceo has announced 4 more sections will be opened in 2023. Let him open one section per 1.5 moths till end of year.For every section opening,more toll money will flow in.This is the catalyst to push price higher.Hold tight.Nothing else to see in bursa anyway.

The last, designated as Section 12, is a deferred alignment where construction is to be carried out subject to compliance in the concession agreement (CA).
