Both wholly owned by Mflour. Just that DPB taking over DBB possibly to consolidate the business into one. This probable economy of scale could be advantageous to Mflour as Mflour received compensation from share issue. Depends now how well the enlarged subsidiary does now! Looks like market is positive!
2H13 poses a better chance of looking at earliest dividend from my estimation. Not to say its not impossible seeing that the last two quarters are already back in the black.
hi! yf, I think it is not the right time to stock up unless you have surplus cash to play. No 1, it has no volume, graph wise no indication to go up as it is still trading below 20 days MA. Wait for a clearer trend before entering. The only plus factor, the stock is oversold but not much.

Prior to the rights/bonus issue the paid up was 107.645m shares at par $1. After the rights and bonus issue and split into 50cts shares, it explode to 1,076m shares of 50cts shares. My calculation is based on the Market Cap reported on Sat in the Star paper. Correct me if I am wrong. So don't get confused by the NTA
