B. Kawan is stingy with dividends - Over time for any company worth its salt, should pay increasing dividends. They want to take their money to their graves

Worst case will be 15sen and best case will be 17.5sen. So a dividend yield of 5.55% to 6.50%. OK lah...better than FD rate.

I just new in this Counter.
I am Newbie and Stupid, I need some help :

I dont understand the dividend giving method from Magnum :

DIVIDEND 2.5000% 07/12/2015
18/08/2015 Second interim dividend DIVIDEND 5.0% 07/09/2015
28/05/2015 First Interim Dividend DIVIDEND 5.0% 10/06/2015
13/02/2015 Interim Dividend DIVIDEND 5% 10/03/2015
27/11/2014 Interim Dividend DIVIDEND 5% 10/12/2014

I only understand like one unit give dividen .0.05 something like that :

And If I just buy can I enjoy the dividend giving by Magnum for 2015.
When is the last day I must buy Magunm in order to get their dividends ?

I really appreciate someone can tell me how to do ?

ivan9511, the ex date is 07/12/2015. payment date 28/12/2015. to qualify for the dividend of rm 25 per lot (1000 shares), you should buy the MAGNUM share, before 5.00 pm the 6th DEC 2015.

PAR value for magnum is RM1.00, so the dividend is 2.5 % of 1000 shares.

Ivan - so long as you sell from ex-date of 7 Dec onwards, you will received the dividend
