wow...good that mr ooi teik bee is taking notice of this counter. I first saw your post in inari when it was around rm1.5-1.6. You were always persistently promoting inari and yes it really is doing very good now. Its great news that you have promoted this counter to your students. Imago Mall Could Potentially Bring PE Multiple Down to 3 Times. Recently PE is 6.12. If like tis, it mean Asiapac will be double it recently revenue & it value also should double up around 0.36-0.40.

Please note IGB is not a good stock before Mid Valley Malls. After building Mid Valley Malls, this stock is considered very good stock. Earning is steady, making profit every year.

Imago mall is a 800,000 sq ft category A shopping mall di only one in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Currently the take up rate is nearing 90%, Parkson alone already 65%. Please bare in mind, only certain standard of retailers are allow to take space and the take up rate is very impressive indeed. The location of Imago mall is another plus as it is surrounded by 5 star, 4 star, 3 star and budget service condos and hotels all within walking distance. And you know tourists from overseas will definitely drop in to Imago mall during their stay You have to see through business point of view on why Asiapac not wanting to sell even a single unit of Imago mall. The potential is simply outstanding. This also show Asiapac not having any cashflow or financial problem. With 70 million cash and 100 million receivables, Asiapac is more than capable to weather any short term problem. I can assure you that looking at latest development feedback from my associate, Barry in Sabah, there should be no problem handing over to tenants by April for their renovation works to begin. I am looking at 0.50 which is achievable within this year after the Malls is ready. According to my Intrinsic value calculation, the price is ranging from 0.48 to 0.56.

Got those boys eager to unload my boat coz they know I let them have fun later! Pay them some pocket money or else they wont help me next time! If you interested in fishing, best to seek those fishing shops, read a lot fishing magazine, and better ask passing fishermen what makes fish tick! Fishing is just like stock picking except fishing you don't see and know, make you heart very excited! No need expensive gears, learn to fish like those harden fishermen then you enjoy more!
