If you look at photos dated 26/6/2012 and compare to latest photos, you will see how fast Imago Malls and Loft are constructed. It's fair to see that by May, all can be completed. I don't wise they speed up everything.. quality come first... Don't wish to receive any bad news afterward... Like those mall in Singapore, which encountering water leakage, blackout etc... that further lead to compensation..

Ans : I did make a study after you told me. It is better to buy this stock than putting money in FD. If Imago Malls is like Mid Valley Malls, the price of Asiapac will be double or triple. The price of a house in KL is double within last 10 years. Any property stock in HKSE is trading at sky rocket high price. Where on earth, we can get a profitable property stock at par value. Thank you for your good recommendation.

yup... too many if may lead to too many disappointment.. but currently 0.21 is still an good entry level for this company with 0.35 NAB. The fact is that Imago will be one of the shopping mall you will look up to if you been to there or Is anyone here live there. Can help explain the place. I believe 100% return is achievable but not so high hope to reach triple..

I will sell off my old boats to buy Asiapac(anyway,1 hardly use my old boats, good excuse to multiple my capital for brand new future fishing yacht!) So there you have it! How can you go wrong!
Forgive me for being devil's advocate. Excess retail space is a real worry. Just as there are success stories like MidValley and Pavillion, there are also Penang Times Square(s), Viva Mall(s) etc. Look at the historical chart dated as far back as 15-18 years. Tell me what is the difference and similarity.
