（吉隆坡25日讯）迪耐（DNEX，4456，主板科技股）脱售旗下Ping石油已成定局？

据消息来源指出，公司将把持有90%的石油公司，脱售给管理层，转向成为一家纯半导体公司。

根据财经周刊《The Edge》报道，按照熟悉该公司的消息人士透露，迪耐执行董事兼Ping石油原任董事经理再纳尔阿比丁加里尔，正向公司提议收购Ping石油股权。

消息人士称，迪耐目前兴许会将业务完成转成纯半导体公司。

消息人士续指，买卖双方依旧在商讨细节，尤其是收购价格方面。

据了解，迪耐有意将股权脱售价格定在2亿3000万美元（约10亿2000万令吉）。

不过，在公司的季度报告中点出，Ping石油的估值可能会受到英国高税收的影响。

尽管如此，再纳尔阿比丁加里尔拒绝就此事作出回应。

值得注意的是，这并不是迪耐首次有意套现Ping石油股权，在2019年中期，公司就有意以2亿5000万令吉的价格，脱售最少30%的股权。

不过，计划在后期被公司中止，而公司更是在2021年7月，收购Ping石油另外60%的股权，手握股权来到90%。

How much is left from Sales proceeds? How much to pump into Semi Cond?

And what happens when Silterra bye bye?????

P/S plough sales proceeds into new wafer plant could come to Billions of Ringgit........so don't simply think it's workable from PING's sales.

Dnex has already settled out of court with its investing partner. Now that their trading relationship has turned sour.it is likely that silterra is dead and Dnex is seeking for another partner to continue with the said venture.

It is said that the Ping biz doesn't really fit in the strategy of the Group in the long run.Thats why they are contemplating to sell.

By the way, do you think any other technological company in China would like to JV with you when the bad side of you has been widespread in the whole Industries in China? Once you are a company of no Integrity and principle to abide by the Agreement, you are doomed to failure. I bet they are regretting like hell now...
