Too many super penis counters competing to get retailers attention and money, so maybe PHB sharks keep low profile and wait for less competition later to push up the price. Otherwise, with so much competition means less retailers participation for each counter.

After CPL obtained the 28%, they should own 50% of total shares issued. Thats why easier for them to push. Charlie, they can use the RI money as dividend if hey want to , its just returning unutilised shareholder funds back to shareholders as dividend mah. Win-win

I think it simply means dealings in any transaction by directors during price sensitive periods. Like before results are out, board meetings etc.

Since a lot of company release results around this time, you will see that many companies with any transaction by directors and their families during this time is considered "dealing during closed period".


Quote from Chapter 14 of Bursa Listing Requirements;

(b) “closed period” means a period commencing 30 calendar days before the targeted date of announcement up to the date of the announcement of the following to the Exchange –

(i) in relation to a listed issuer, its quarterly results; or

(ii) in relation to a listed issuer which is a collective investment scheme, the fund’s
quarterly results or annual reports;



SO...this latest announcement is only related to up-coming AGM.
