UMW has gone through tough 2 years. (1) Poor car sales (2) Oil & Gas segment showing losses.

You may like a company when it started to dispose its losing subsidiary. This will make the parent company's profits look better.

Car sales will pick up once they launch new models which are appealing to the customers.

UMW has probably reached its bottom in share price in recent months.
