I had seen a high fashion Italian shop in KLCC totally renovated in just a few days.
These are for businesses that are hot and profitable.
Everyday shop is printing money.
Walls and ceiling items are 100% prefab outside in factory first.

People just do not tutup kedai to do renovations. Unless already bankrupt lah.
If hot businesses do like that, CEO will be terminated immediately, no notice given, security guards will pack his private effects.

The abrupt closure of the 2 casino is really something extraordinary
Without prior notice just shut and closed as shop { is not Genting style } Genting is not telling us the true reason. Renovations can be done part by part. Something must have happen to force Management the sudden closure

Genting management needs to come clean on the closure. Telling us closure due to renovation is unacceptable, laughable or treating the investing public as dumb. Is it because of licensing, structural defects or unseen forces. Let us know

if you a frequent gambler in Genting Malaysia, you will know that the old casino doesnt have much traffic flow nowadays with only slot machines. Therefore its a strategic to close the section and focus on the area whereby the have the most human traffic.

Genm will continue to focus on the 5 major items i named above. If you guys wonder how much is the share price will move within 6-9months. Let me have the most roughest calculation for you. Based on the peaked price at rm6+ in 2017-2018, their earning per annum ranging from 1.1bil to 1.4bil which derived to rm350mil per qtr. Kindly ignore 2016 2.8bil profit with extraordinary items. And we look at current earning. And the latest qtr PAT at 240mil which is merely rm100mil difference from the peak 350mil. For my pov. It's easily achieve by the group in 2-3years down the road which so much activities in the pipeline. When to accumulate? Now is the time to accumulate before it starts to accelerate towards the glory price in the past. We conservatively computed 4qtrs with 250mil each equal to rm1.0bil warning where it give EPS 20cents. Simple calculation as that. Coming disposal of miami land potentially propose for special dividend. NYC license is not an issue. Nyc's future operation at least contirbute additional USD20-25mil income to the group. U catch it now or above rm4.0? All you need is patience my dear friends.
