Issue pp to outsider who is blind to subscribe JAKS shares like the scamming investment happen everyday?

If JAKS issuing right means management can't even get any shareholder to buy the PP..... So the share price keep falling right after right from 60c to 12c..

Once announced PP 12c issue to special guest of honestly then share price flying from 12c to 17.5c and future up in next few day to 24.5c expected...

The boss like to control the share price at cheap cheap like insas and keep buying right after right....
I guess he would like to bought up most of the shares he could do while waiting the big ticket like Vietnam power plant generating cash, 50mv solar plant generating cash and so on...

Then, company starts showing price and he has mountain cheap tickets for full blown

PP is issued cheap , say 0.12 to so called "designated Investors" who are promised to be able to realise their subscription at a higher exit price say, 0.17 . I bet you should know who will be behind to motivate the exit price for the PP investors , right ??

RI must be issued to the existing shareholders 1st but it is believed that no existing shareholders are keen to subscribe for. Jaks is fully aware of the consequence of under subscription . Furthermore , it is believed that no underwritters are keen to subscribe . Hence, PP is a safer bet for Jaks now

Only those in plantation companies with cheap land are most likely will get bank financing to convert some of their non productive land into LSS5 500 MW solar power plant.

You can forget about jaks getting any of the LSS5 500MW (a billion project cost) solar power plant.

But drag by construction and mall...
Why not just unwind theses 2 segment and focus in power business?
It can really turn the company around in current energy shortage moment
