COD or commercial operation date is the technical term used in the contract for 25years between Jaks and the Viet. govt. It is the day the Viet.govt start paying for electricity generated at the end of each comming month. Jaks has 2 units to generate electricity. No 1 unit is already churning in cash.
Talk about Toyoven signing to built a powerstation,its price went limit up.One has to realise there is no toyoven powerstation yet, let alone generating cash.
Jaks is already generating cash. Now this is a fact. How can people say DK is a conman?

DK work out what should be the profit/Free Cash Flow with reference to many sources.

ALP con you with JAKS revenue from power generation fully aware that associate company do not contribute any revenue but share of profit.

ALP con you with accounting profit from power plant construction jobs but when ask how much construction profit is used to pay for JAKS 30% equity of power plant refuse to answer.

ALP con me with JAKS 2019 AGM minutes which only recorded 3 Q&A.

I cannot comment nor would like to speculate my questions submitted in advance for JAKS 18th AGM were not adequately answered during AGM because it fall into either of the following reasons:

1.in answering the questions, it would not result in a fair and orderly dissemination of information to the market as required under the Bursa listing rules;
2.confidential and/or price sensitive in nature;
3.involves speculation or matters that cannot be ascertained accurately;
4.beyond the scope of shareholder communication;
5.Inappropriate, unreasonable, or irrelevant and hence the Company is not obligated to answer the question; or
6.Inaccurate interpretation or misunderstanding of the facts and matters and hence does not warrant a response from the Company.

I am expecting either IR or Company Secretary Leong Oi Wah to forward me a copy of replies to my questions submitted in advance for JAKS 18th AGM once it is clear by management.

Only then will I base on facts to make my comments and let Bursa and SC make their judgment whether my questions fall into the above reasons as stated by you.

By the way, if I am not mistaken external auditor was not present during AGM to answer my questions submitted in advance directed to them.

SSLEE....pls go back to INSAS forum...I think JAKS forum no need your absurd arguements on those funny questions in past AGM!!! nobody interested into this absurd things as we look ahead on it power plant progress which is going to bear fruits soon. ALP uses so many years to make this power plant project in Vietnam a successful one, for sure, now he want JAKS market capital continue to rise in order to increase his wealth. This is once in a life time investment opportunity in JAKS, grow together with JAKS, share the prosperity and glory time together with JAKS in year 2021!!! I strongly believe share price of JAKS will boost up and continue to north once the 2nd unit of power plant COD, we just wait for it official announcement from now on!!!

We need people like Sslee to make bursa a better place for everyone. I appreciate his contributions. What he has brought against ALP is true to certain extent though with an element of hatred. I always accept the fact that this world is not a fair place for everyone, so i learned to live and make the best out of it. I m sure most will agree that most malaysian tycoons do not have a clean beginning but some maintained a fair image after they become successful. People are selfish and self centered in nature, aren't we ? We always feed ourselves before others. ALP is no exception. I suppose he has benefited from both RI and the RSP. This power plant will make him one of the wealthiest tycoon in malaysia, his shareholders will benefit too.

I thought Sslee did a good job in pressuring Jaks management for answers. Eventhough very little was obtained from Jaks management. I believe that put Jaks on its toe.
Sslee's effort is certainly appreciated.

Sslee is smart and knowledgeable enough to our impression. He has been critical about Jaks for sometimes ready. Just wondering if he still stay on sideline or already invested. I doubted he invested in Jaks as most of his comment displayed his doubtful on Jaks rather than conviction.
