TM's valuation is already at steep reduction. It's still a component stock in Top 30 KLCI index. I do not think it will be removed while the three other telco Maxi, Axiata, Digi remain in KLCI List with 42bn, 36bn and 32bn market caps respectively while TM's market cap stood at 11bn. Being a sole BACKBONE of the Internet Service Provider (ISP) of the nation, it's almost a no brainer to think that TM doesn't deserve a higher valuation than what it has suffered from a shock of announcement by Comm Minister Gobind Singh to reduce BB pricing by 25%. TM's Price-to-BookValue is at historical lowest. I do think that TM's share price deserves a better of anything above 4.00 if u compared it with its peers that have DOUBLED or even in many multiples to their own BV.

Digi: 4.20 against NTA 0.08 so PBV 52.5
Maxis: 5.46 against NTA 0.60 so PBV is 9.1
Timecom: 7.65 against NTA 3.92 so PBV is 1.95
Axiata: 4.05 against NTA 2.38 so PBV is 1.7
TM: 3.10 against NTA 2.012 so PBV is 1.54
