Last but not least, please remember: TA Global still have 75% landbank not in the planning stages.
Better than a lot of property companies need to buy lands and develop for it.
The most important thing is to see how Datuk Tony Tiah will give back to the small shareholders. If Tony doesn't give it to you there's nothing you can do about it. 俗話說 :“ 看的到拿不到 ”。

Parent give you a house to stay and you must know how to appreciate. We should not always hope that parent sell the house and give back all the profits to you. Same goes to TA enterprise, TA gave dividend to shareholders once a year, i believe this is good enough. Wait for TA sell all the assets and give it back to shareholders? I think TA go holland first.
The yearly cash flow for both TA & TAGB have been increasing over the past few years, once it de-geared, hope the cash will increase even more .... then see how management board is going to do with it for shareholders.
The market is very simple, if company brings positive impact for shareholders, more people will want to buy and price will go up.
Why i need to mention it? This is very important to TA Enterprise.
Dato Lim Tee Keong, the eldest son of Genting founder Tan Sri Lim Goh Tong, lost a huge sum of money and TA Securities is suing him for Rm 146.62 million. Tee Keong passed away in April 2014.
Nowadays, TA's profits are strong and likely to get stronger. Can you imagine that if bad debt RM146.62 million recover & receive by TA enterprise?
RM146.62 million, what is the meaning for TA? = TA's current 6 months net profit = RM0.08 per share = Additional cash increased by 14% based on cash and bank balances RM1,036,503,000 as at 30sept2017
“TAE has a dividend policy of paying out 40 - 60% of net profit, subject to the availability of cash reserves and the group’s requirement to retain cash in the business for future expansion or investments.”
Most of the shares drop a lot these 2 days, TA maintain quite well. It may hints us that Q4 results is still good. Target at least RM70million net profit...
The Board of Directors of TA Global Berhad (“TAG”) wishes to announce that its public shareholding spread of 24.76% based on Records of Depositors as at 29 December 2017 is not in compliance with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the LR of Bursa Securities.
The percentage represents a shortfall of 0.24% from the minimum required percentage of 25% of the total listed shares (excluding treasury shares) to be in the hands of public shareholders.
TA might sell some TAGB shares to institutional investors? By doing this, TAGB shareholding spread will achieve 25% above & this will unlock value for TA.
In my opinion there will come a time when the stockbroking business would need to be separated from properties and the possibility of distributing Tagb shares to TA shareholders. Once separated the stockbroking business can proceed to do an M & A with a large financial institution (is syariah compliant since May 2017) or maybe get sold off. The undervalued properties of Tagb can then go through a re-evaluation exercise, followed by launching a REIT to further separate the hospitality business from construction business. Sunway is a great example. I am hoping for this.
singh1, if tony tiah is generous enough to share the wealth with all shareholders like what you had written above, both ta and tagb price willl at least 50% more than now. he is a veteran stockbroker and he knows how unlock the hidden value but he is not doing. Instead he is hiding all the value
In stock market, only 3 outcomes. Price up, down or remain the same. I am worried share price drop? No, it give me opportunity to acquire more. Happy to say that i have accumulated more than 500k units of TA. I will continue to buy more.
Total shareholding by Datuk Tiah's family on TAGB is at 15.1739%. There should be a final announcement regarding the issue of public shareholdings spread at the end of Feb'2018 or before CNY. ( 30 days )
The Q4 reports will come out at the end of Feb'2018.
Financial Reports for the year ended 2017 will come out at the end of April'2018.
Those pro, those bite share one how already ya?? Kakaka dududu, waiting 0.59 to buy some and speculate.... any where 300k for this share is less than 10% of my portfolio. Just feel fun to commend here. This stupid share waste my half year time only get 10k profit. Really bad experience
