Finally got few lots of Unisem after a few days locked at RM1.66
Although the price is up recently but i still want to go for any price below rm1.66 due to:
1. Market response for iphone 6 and Galaxy 5 & Note 4 is huge.
2. Reliable information indicated that the coming Q report will be good and strong (Unisem is making some IC for iPhone and Galaxy; now filled up most of the capacity)

Morning just got few lots at RM1.59, still full confident that coming Q should able to reach my targeted tp of rm1.90
That was why i disposed half of my IOIPG (still good but need longer time) and start to accumulate Unisem.

OK, buddy... lets see how it goes. The chart is nice. If i purely base on chart to invest, surely i enter d. But the fundamental is not good. The quarterly result for the past year is showing bad profit. Usually happen by end of year quarter, which is Q4.

That's not a good sign to me. I'll be finding a better counter, nice fundamental and chart to invest in.

But from chart wise, i trust it will go up as it is doing higher low now. Will certainly find it's new higher high soon. Good luck, KanFoo and InvestEye.

now what are we to do

Sorry jolie2, i just accumulated few lots at RM1.38
For me, it is a positive sign if CEO of the company kept accumulated the share. Present capacity of Unisem is at peak at least until the end of the year (now production is 24hrs x 7 days even the holiday).
I just hope Unisem is not so stingy with it dividend (hopefully by coming Q)

Lastly, they panic as they do not see the rebound and sell . This make the price keep on dropping.

this company is famous of laying off people.
I have one friend with 2 young kids shift his job from MPI to Unisem . After working for only 2 months, the company just retrenched him . Pity the family..
Question: Why this company hire new people if they already have plan to retrench people ?

I advise those who join unisem to be more careful. Famous for kick-off people.

i never knew nor have anything to do with john chia...but a true blue risktaker/investor and money making machine i endeavour to know as much as i can in any undertaking more so financial ventures.
john chia wife has gone to be with the LORD for many years now and the market cap during the heady IT bull run in 2000 was only slightly worth 2 billion ringgit..today it is about 950 million with an NTA of 1.40
mabaker i am just being blunt bcos there is no point throwing pearls to swine..what i am interested is unisem goes up as to what i expect..
the more ruthless john chia is the better bcos in this world fools have to work or depend on myna from heaven.
you can take it that i am trying to tell you that bearing hatred and animosity towards anyone is not going to make you happy..the fire that burns in you will only weaken you soul and and dull what ever little intelligence you have

the dow jones peak on 19 sept 14 with index 17279.
If consider 10% correction this time, it will drop to 15555.
yesterday dow jones is at 16321.
It means we still have 766 points to drop.
By the time. it think unisem hit my target of 0.90

A little bit of knowledge is dangerous.does bursa has a 100percent corelation to the dow.?the dow has broken the 200dma...is that the only determinant that the market has turned.?most of the time it is a question of the glass is half full or half empty.being objective is better than emotional..I am taking a 360degrees bet against u..lets see lf john is proven wrong..bursa bless
