Anyone interested. 4th quarter report coming in a week or so. Dividend should be around 23 cents. TP is $7. Still another $1.30 cents to go. Son CD also can hantam too...go for it.

my sifu told me, this counter is very shake-leg one. if they know that they are about to loose, they increase the airport tax! increase service carge etc etc etc. hahaha, easy! pandai and very kuat. YTD Lowest 5.53, YTD Highest 5.97. drop some more and we surely buy, please.

Those of you looking for a good place to park your capital, AIRPORT seems to be a reasonable safe bet. If the KLIA2 and cost management works out, i have the Airport FV at 6.96. Unless the airport cost balloons from the currently accepted 4bn, the FV is consistent of 10% of DCF.

I am excited because KLIA2 will be a new source of recurring revenue. If only they get rid of the airport work/maintenance in Istanbul, we have a further rerating of higher FV.

5.18 support level seems to hold. Saw a double doji on the tech chart. Looks like 3 white soldiers pattern is forming. So, if tomorrow close higher, confirm reversal has taken place. If this happens, I think it's time to buy.
