Hi vinvin, Thanks for explaining. For example if I were to decide not to add or expose some shares to make even lots, then what will happen to my odd lots? Will I be at loss? Is it worth it to add 1 more lot as my brokerage fee is RM22 minimum.

Nooniez, if I'm not mistaken u r holding 1,400 shares n u will get a total of 9,333 shares after the split n bonus issued. 9,300 shares r normal n 33 shares r odd n u can also leave ur holding as it is as the shares that r affected r the 33 units where u can ask ur remisier to sell together with ur normal lots at the same time.......................the odd lot (33 shares) off course will be cheaper giving to the buyer's price under odd lot section. Ur loss will be on the odd lot of 33 shares which will be sold at a lesser price probably 5 sen or more I'm not very sure. U can ask ur remisier about it.

u need to buy at least in multiple of 3 in order to avoid odd shares? I prefer to keep and to receiving split shares and bonus and keeping for a certain time to enjoy better benefits .

closed at 794 +7 cts =801/6.65=121 break-even price , so anything less shall be ok to buy and sell . If opening see red , less than 120 , then it is better to avoid this counter lo....

Many are eagerly waiting to sell theirs after ex. I think the shares may dip instead of moving up as the sellers outnumbered the buyers ! Imagine the scripts had increased by 6.65x ! I think it will be better to buy other related counters as the possibility of price increase is much greater.

at opening price at 1.19 is closing price 7.91 without calculating the brokerage n other charges . If add all , the opening price should be 1.20. Now is trading at that level not gain or lost just break-even unless u had bought long time ago at 6.00-7.00 , then your price shall be in the region of 0.90-1.05.

yesterday closing is (7.940/5)=1588, (1.588*3)=4764, (4.764/4)=1191 !
after split open price Today is Rm 1.19 ~

1 lot split ( 5 ) and issue ( 1 ) bonus .

means :-

2 lot get ( 3 )after split and bonus issue ,total is 5 lot ~



am i right ?

now only selling mother shares , later when the split and bonus out in a few days time 5.65 x , the price will be more chaotic but for longer term , it is still a good stock to hold. Remember that the business areas covered more than 30 counters and with the latest introduction of so-called capex , should be more cost effective.
