（吉隆坡20日讯）马来西亚沉香进出口商会将联合本区其他沉香种植业者，向“华盛顿濒临植物组织”争取放宽沉香生产国目前每年200公斤产量的固打限制，以便沉香可为大马赚取更多外汇。

会长刘胤良说，大马生产的沉香非常受国际市场欢迎，尤其是供西方国家制造高级香水，在国际约200亿令吉的沉香市场中，大马占20%至30%，是日益重要的“造金者”。

他希望明年将成立“亚洲种植沉香协会”，以期联合大家的力量，向上述国际组织争取放宽限制，200公斤沉香应当只限于野生沉香，而人工栽种的沉香则不应有所限制。

刘胤良今天岀席该会沉香研讨会系统暨2015年度理事就职典礼后，向报界发表谈话；岀席者包括监誓人李新财、副会长邓志锂、秘书吕伟耀、副秘书周冠桦、财政徐莉雯、理事拿汀维雅妮、陈玉聪等。

制订辨别标准

刘胤良说，该会将先寻求大马森林研究院等政府机构的协助，以便为辨别野生沉香及人工栽种沉香制订一项科学化的标准，而不再如目前般采用嗅觉的传统方式。

“就是因为没有一套被认可的科学方法，以致国际组织限制的200公斤年产量，并没有野生及人工栽种之分。”

大马沉香品质世界一流

刘胤良说，大马正蓄势待发，以便不断增加沉香产量，可惜却因受有关固打限制而难以发挥，因此，若能成功争取放宽甚至取消固打，大马沉香将如油棕等农产品那般，成为赚取外汇的重要来源。

他鼓励小园主及农民在种植香蕉及生姜等农作物时兼种沉香，以便7年后有收成时取得更高的回酬。

据他说，目前大马生产的沉香主要由挂牌公司等大集团种植，中小型农户的贡献仍占很小的比率。

“大马人是从2006年开始较大规模地种植沉香，目前造香的技术也不断成熟了。”

他说，大马的沉香品质是世界一流的，主要是因为大马拥有最佳的土壤与气候的种植优势、无天灾的地理优势，以及适合种植目前市场需求的品种等多项优势。

中泰缅柬斐野生沉香采光

刘胤良说，目前拥有野生沉香的国家只剩下大马及印尼，其他国家如中国、泰国、缅甸、柬埔寨及斐济的野生沉香已被采光。

谈到该会的计划，他表示准备今年为国内同业举办论坛等系列活动，让同业们共享知识并共创商机。

而明年则计划召开国际沉香研讨会，扩大各国同业合作，并保护本地种植业者的利益。

馬來西亞沉香進?口商公會會長劉胤良表示，國際市場對沉香木需求逐年增加，中國大陸市場更是一枝獨秀，從過去只是作為宗教用途，發展到美容、保健、醫藥等不同領域的系列產品。沉香木可望繼橡膠及棕油之後，成為大馬第3大賺取外匯收入的農產品。



目前馬國至少有5家種植業上市公司看好年?口額達數億馬幣，且還在不斷擴大市場占有率的沉香及相關製成品市場，積極投入栽種沉香木。上述公司撥?200至300畝土地來栽種沉香木，有些在砍伐原木後，大量種植沉香木。



歐美國家進口沉香主要係供應製造高級香水用途，中東國家則尋求上等沉香，包括產量正逐漸縮小的野生沉香；中國大陸市場除尋找沉香木外，對沉香油、沉香煙、沉香酒及沉香藥品等系列產品需求殷切。

Probably will. Land value and development project of compugates should reflect higher value, not counting the timber concession. If you count other companies timber concession the value of compugates timber could be well over a billion ringgit.

KUALA LUMPUR(Feb 10): Compugates Perak Sdn Bhd(CPSB), a wholly owned subsidiary of Compugates Holdings Bhd has been awarded a Letter of Offer by Lower Sepik Holdings Ltd (LSHL) for a logging and marketing contract in Papua New Guinea (PNG).
