Peter lynch promoted more than 2000 stocks

Some are cyclicals without imminent profits but turnaround profits

Kulim was taken private for its landbanks even though kulim faced two more quarterly losses

As for kwantas they offer to take it private above Rm1.30 when it was 50 sen with no profit in sight

So is Naim

Naim is also a turnaround asset play now unlocking value

Think of pudu jail

Being a jail for keeping prisoners Pudu Jail never make money for 100 years (where got quarterly profit?)

Yet Pudu jail near Bkt Bintang city center prime lands command highest unlocking value now

And Naim Rm180 dividend is certainly unlocking great value
