Type Announcement Subject OTHERS Description KUALA LUMPUR HIGH COURT CIVIL SUIT NO: WA-22C-108-11/2020 Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 16 November 2020.
Further to the said announcement, the Company wishes to add that based on the Company’s records, the Company is of the view that the claim by Isogress Construction Sdn. Bhd. ("Plaintiff") is frivolous. As such, the Company does not expect the claim to succeed and is of the view that the claim does not have material financial and/or operational impact on the Group’s results for the financial year ending 31 December 2020.
Notwithstanding, in the event that the claim is allowed by the Court, the financial impact is limited to what is claimed by the Plaintiff in the Statement of Claim.
I think Isogress people want the stock to fall lilbit then collect at lower price before rally. Before this they saw Naim got huge money sell land make them good mood. they think want loot Naim money, So find what way can earn money. they think so hard maybe legal suit. but simply come shoot. Later to get huge loot.
Then very good. actually small hoot hoot want cook.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
