【独家】可负担屋也滞销 房价高企拥屋成奢

20万以下也滞销

他日前接受《南洋商报》专访时说，这意味着，我们面对着更大的问题，即并非可负担房屋短缺，而是国人普遍买不起房屋。

根据国家产业资讯中心（NAPIC）不久前公布的今年上半年产业报告，滞销的有地房屋当中，售价20万至30万令吉的可负担房屋占第二多；滞销的高楼住宅，售价介于20万至30万令吉，以及20万令吉及以下的可负担房屋，也分别占第三和第四多，在在证明很多可负担房屋卖不出。

Naim has multiple sources of income

Industrial lands have appreciated in prices

So Naim sold and got 22 sen profit

From profit it gave out 18 sen dividend

9.9 sen given

8.1 sen will also be given in due time

Why ppl buy high at .965 want to make noise.. earlier was .850-865. Minus 0,099 sen can profit. .780-785 still high. Whack til .750 then all dividend finish better
