CRAZY. CRC break record intraday increase (2.4%) from 3817 to 3910.
CRAZY. Spread break highest with 1000 between CRC (3910) and HRC (2910)
Anxious to wait the coming quarter result. I m quite confident will more than 8.

Anyone who wants to understand why the spread, i.e CRC-HRC is increasing...look at like this:

View it like its a piece of 'flexible rubber hose' that connects a tow truck to the car...the faster the tow truck pulls (higher the demand) the longer the flexible rubber will stretch..

The higher the weight of the car (lesser the supply)...the longer the rubber will stretch too.

The inverse is true for a lighter car and a slower truck.

The CRC manufacturers are obviously behaving like a heavy weight car now...

So lets benefit from this "stretching rubber"...

Hi moneysifu, i just roughly get the figure from the graph. But the most important it break 1000 spread which is good for crc players.
Hope to break the r2 rm2.24 from kenanga. Just my small estimation, when it reach peak it will retreat 10 to 15sen and then rise back to 30 sen.
At 2.08 i guess it will rise to 2.38 before quarter result.
Just a small estimation.
