hevea shareholders, sleep tight tonight. Tomorrow have exciting drama for u to enjoy! I've a truckload of popcorns for moviegoers. All free tickets hahahhahaaha
Strong possibility that Hevea which was laggard in Q1-Q2 with declining share price will be a leader in Q3-Q4. If it hits RM2.50 by year's end I'm out. I bought it at RM1.29 a month or so ago.
Market forces are now more inclined to forward earnings expectations. I'm waiting its market cap to reach RM 1 bil mark @ RM 1.86 based on current outstanding shares.
If a company can expand its current facility on an extra piece of land just right next to the current one, it is the best piece of land that money can buy. It saves on logistics coupled with best synergies.
Wow just reached RM 800m market cap once again! Another 200m to go. Today's top volume and # of trades.
nich0las, at 2.50 I tutup mata sell. Doesn't mean I will wait for that. Buy as long as the share price is going up and fundamentals are strong, I will ride...until 2.50. When fundamentals change, of course I may sell off at RM1.80-RM2.20.
While RM2.50 yet to know, but RM2.20 no problem now given the increase in CAPEX. Once Market Cap breaks in 1B, I will be popping my champagne to cheers for the newest billion company. lol
Initial investment in 6 lots Hevea @ 1.27 on 16/3/2016. Then buy more on lower prices and sell at higher prices. After collecting 2.5 sen dividend on 29/6/2017 my average cost is 95.5 sen. Substantial reduction in bank borrowings compared to 2 years ago. With ban on export of raw rubber wood, the raw materials should be lower for Hevea, Better prospects ahead.Still keeping the shares.
Qatar called the accusations baseless and said the demands - which include closing Qatar-based al Jazeera TV and ejecting Turkish troops based there - are so severe that they seemed designed to be rejected.
the four countries agreed to a request by Kuwait to extend by 48 hours Sunday's deadline for compliance.
commercial bankers in the region believe that Saudi, Emirati and Bahraini banks might receive official guidance to pull deposits and interbank loans from Qatar.
The crisis has hit travel, food imports and sown confusion among businesses, while pushing Qatar closer to Iran and Turkey.

Trump and Saudi gangs just want to swallow up Qatar (world's largest LNG producer & exporter) but it's not so easy loh. Qatar definitely will retaliate mah. Qatar has backers such as Iran,Turkey,Russia,China, etc. Qatar's main allies are the NEMESIS of USA mah. So you see where this is going?
Evergreen's export to Middle east will be disrupted for sure. Now whole world waiting how and when the conflicts steering out of controls.

Please read this line from the website:
"They are reminiscent of the extreme and punitive conduct of 'bully' states that have historically resulted in war," said the lawyers."
This is not surprising because some of the demands out of the 13 are outrageous and almost impossible for Qatar. War is what Trump and Saudi gangs are seeking! After all didn't Trump danced so happily in Saudi during his visit, right? And Trump sold $500 millions of arms deals to Saudi. All facts pointing to war is unavoidable mah.

When the entire Middle East plunged into warzone, Evergreen's MDF products are USELESS to them. If they import also rather import ammunitions & warfare equipment lah.
Saudi, Qatar, UAE and major oil producing neighbours are rich and if they themselves engaged into wars among each other, how do u think those other not so rich countries in the rest of Middle east have the wills or purchasing power to buy Evergreen's MDF? Use some logic mah.

The worst is the trade routes will be TUTUP close shops loh. You as an exporter just like Evergreen also TAKUT to export sending your products to the Middle east customers lah if there are still any left to wanna import useless MDF from Evergreen. TAKUT later cannot receive money after sent containers also another concern mah. So CABUT loh. No logic meh? So simple also these salesman cannot understand. Aiya ya ya....lmao
According to CKC better sale ur Hevea b4 war starts loh...!!
Go check out how Mieco has flew from 0.90 -> 2.40 then 2:5 split and now still trending up Hevea should follow the path as it has better financial results.
Hong Leong July 4th 2017 Rating BUY (New) We like HeveaBoard due to its healthy and strong balance sheet (turned net cash in FY 15), high dividend payout (dividend policy of not less than 30%), and it’s ongoing effort in creating higher margin products. Valuation We initiate coverage on HeveaBoard with a BUY recommendation, with TP of RM2.19 based on 11x FY18 fully-diluted EPS of 19.8 sen.
"Go check out how Mieco has flew from 0.90 -> 2.40 then 2:5 split and now still trending up Hevea should follow the path as it has better financial results." - The case is different as Mieco's major shareholder control the major shares and only few circulating shares. Thus, it is easier to "push" the price.
Main problem of Heave is its shares are too much (plus warrants) as compared to its peer like Liihen and PoHuat. So, its earning must be really impressive and exploding in order for the price to go higher.
