JN88. It might get there. I think CIMB exchange assumption was $3.8. Given that the last quarter were mostly above $4. They mentioned every 10c would have an impact of 9% on bottom line. on that basis if you time you get $2.11 when you multiply their TP by 20%. With the propose sale of land and special dividend after the sale of land I expect the share to run next week.

It will need to get through a few range of resistance, having to see that we couldn't control the pool of the contra players... but once RM1.30 is breached, it should be going up a range before hitting resistance likely around 138 - 140.

Government has stop the coming of foreign worker program which will affect furniture company as furniture company needed alot of foreign worker. This is because the work of furniture conpany is dirty and difficult which local worker don like it. Beware with this. Next week people will sell on news.

Do not be slave to fear. Evergreen in fact has reduced the number of non skill workers last year due to automation and the impact will be seen this year. There will be further efficiency improvement. As to dividend I think there is a 90% chance that they will distribute a dividend as I expect the result of last quarter be exceptional given the exchange rate then. Further more there is a good chance that they will sell their Masai property and 4400 acres of plantation in 2016. Evergreen operating manager had mentioned that there will be a special dividend distribution if they manage to sell the eared mark property.
