The report also mentioned about their 10 Acres factory in Masai and 4410 acres of plantation in Kahang for sale. Overall a very balance report. I believe once the result is release end of this week, there is a high probability that the share will be rerated. With new machinery commencing in 2016 and new product coming on stream, and the initiative taken last year to improve efficiency, I expect the revenue to increase by up to 20% so is the profit margin. The profit margin increases come from the reduction in the number of unskilled worker and speeding up the manufacturing process. The current share price weakness is most probably due to the recent bonus issues and the fear that Ringit might strengthen. I expect Ringit to remain at above $4 to $4.25 against USD for the rest of 2016. Oil prices will also remain at around the current level till at least middle of next year. Oil prices has a direct impact on the cost of glue Evergreen consume. Although world economy is slowing down, I would expect record earning and profit for Evergreen in 2016.

Ya agrees wit expect Ringit to remain at above $4 to $4.25 against USD for the rest of 2016. Oil prices will also remain at around the current level.

Should be able to see the actual movement end of this week. The qtr report used to be announced at the last trading day of February, which in this case, will be next Monday (29th Feb).. If this stands valid this time, then traders/investors who wish to take the ride with the result announcement is expected to start entering the market by this week...

Is there any news that affect the fibreboard company? Look like both Hevea and Evergreen were affected. Exchange rate right now is 4.24 against US. I thought it is good news

Profit taking ... it will reverse and gap up in the afternoon. Crude cannot maintain ... it will start to slide lower. OPEC meeting talk only but nothing concrete
