pantech is shifting its strategy according the market changes. eventually all the effort will be paid off and we will see an increase in profit margin. bear in mind once pengerang project being announced, u will see a high demand back in o&g

The recent decline also wipe off most of my gains in this counter. But luckily they have good div.

Objectively, I still believe in Pantech's potential. Pengerang Oil & Gas RAPID should be able to move Pantech forward.

good news on pengerang should be announced soon. Undertaken by the national oil corporation, Petronas, the US$20 billion RAPID complex is expected to reach its final investment decision at end-March or early April

So dont miss ur boat. once the project is announced. all the O&G will have a huge jump again.

Last 3 years looks good. ROE increase from 9% to 15.5%. Revenue doubled from RM330m to RM660m and profit almost double as well from RM28m to RM55m. Dividend yield last 3 years is about 6%p.a. Worth to accumulate some.

yea they are indrectly involved in O&G and one of customer in the industry will be SapuraKencana which recently just bagged an award worth USD 454m. Hence, pantech will be indirectly getting more order to supply more.
