very low volume, that means weakholders selling. same like KESM, PETRONM. Normally when company good results, and top 30% hold a lot, easy to inch up very fast and furious.
If you are disappointed with recent price movement, read this http://klse.i3investor.com/blogs/kianweiaritcles/124105.jsp My sifu 心法!心法战胜一切内心恶魔! May we have peace in mind and let the good results reflect themselves in share price for future!
the conversion price is generally 15% discount (suggestion on illustration) of Theoretical Ex-Rights Price,jz simply put a price let say (RM19/1.5)x 0.85 ,the vwmap(volumn weighted moving average price) will be decide after egm (in the illustration of announcement is around RM16 with resultrd exercise price RM8.9), jz wait for announcement. the higher exercise price the higher leverage raatio of iculs will be result higher gain potantial (leverage ratio x % gain on mother share). the subscription value of iculs-la will be RM1 per unit.
jz something i cant understand why they nid so large of fund ,the volumn of ICULS is three time of no unit of share (after bonus), if fully convert at RM8.9(as per illustration conversion price, with vwap around RM16) will be around RM3.8 billion cash
jeckcw, from my understanding, you dont have to top up any cash for the conversion. There is only one time fund raising (RM432m) for Aeoncr. Assumed that the share price is RM19. After bonus issue the share price will adjust to 19x2/3= RM12.66. There is 15% discount for the conversion price so 12.66 x 85% = 10.8.This 10.8 we can consider it as an conversion ratio. You need 10.8 x 1,000shares of iculs to convert to 1,000shares of aeoncr. Correct me if im wrong, thanks!
kksk123, I think it should work out this way. For example, you have existing share of 1000 AEOCR. You are entitled to 2000 shares of Iculs, on the assumption that Bonus issue is declared. The subscription is RM1 per unit which is equivalent to RM2000,if you take it up. When the conversion price is RM10.8, you will get 2000 shares of Iculs/10.8 = 185 units of AEOCR shares after the conversion.
@alex i think right now as is it is overvalue. but note that this stock is growing very steadily for the past 5 years from rev 467,126,000 - 1,101,955,000. approximately 27%/year. Equity increasing steadily from 429k - 1.06m. To answer your question. do u think they can keep this growth up, do u believe in their management. Looking at the price it is fairly price if u take account on the massive growth

If you look into its top 30 shareholders, most of them already hold Aeoncr for years.
