Seems like a GORENG stock....4% of outstnding shares traded!

No economic justification...

1)HSR/MRT/LRT are all loss making
2) HSR gestation period is easily 7 yrs to completion from design of now - so why would any want to pay up for the white elephnat now
3) UEMS has 700 acres of land "stolen" from Malay farmers n fisherfolks during Tun M's time. Many now living in urban ghetto and had cursed the land n projects there - thats why you have Danga BAy, Medini etc giving only 1-2% return at best if there is occupancy
4) Property overhang is big issue there, esp West Johor
5) VVVVIP wants to take all, so nothing left to cream about

This is a PROPERTY counter. Property stocks hv been dead for a decade. Bcause business is lousy. This one facing falling revenues n profit for the past few years.

Fair value 0.20 - 0.30.

If you come to play, you must lock in yr losses. The naive ones will lose some 60% when this speculative hu ha ends.

After 0.20 - 0.30 sideways, it will go down below 0.20 for all time low.

PAT has been consistently RM20mil for the past 5 quarters which I think its good looking at the current economic situation

Doesn't seem like a shooting star to me. The volume is healthy. The sentiment is good. It seems the HSR proposal is under way tomorrow. Anyhow, better wait to see the candles for a few more days before deciding to hold or to take profits.

rr88 might be right. at the moment, investors feel *hot* about these stocks. when it tumble, panic selling emerge, investors start to take huge profit. 0.25 + 0.50 / 2 0.35, not funny if it goes down to below 0.40. the whole mkt will stunk.

anyway, not to 泼冷水 as most ppl are hot about it. but beware, be cautious, stay calm and make wise investment decision. taking profit is not bad though. earn less is ok, we can't hit the highest (always the case).

the day after tomorrow, salary in, buy again. haha. but not this stock.
