China want not only military power but also economic power . So in order to achieve this status ,the president Xi need to eradicate the business crooks in China. This business crooks will bring shame not only to China.but world wide.
It is already more than 21 days since Paramjit's new requisition of SGM. Lin has ignored his requisition again. Now let's see if Paramjit is willing to use his own money to convene SGM before delisting. :D

Bursa Securities was informed on 20 September 2016 on the following further development concerning MSPORTS:
(i) Mr Paramjit Singh Gill, being the beneficial holder of 72,198,300 ordinary shares, representing 11.898% of the issued and paid-up share capital of MSPORTS, had on 19 September 2016 issued to its shareholders a Notice of Special General Meeting pursuant to Section 74 of the Companies Act 1981 of Bermuda ("Notice of Special General Meeting").
issued esos share at 11sen & selling at 4.6sen for paying his personal debt. he has been using our investment money dividend for paying his debt since many years ago. should put him in jail 20 years for cheating peoples hard earn money
Leno is correct. SGM confirmed to be held at Ballroom, Royal Selangor Club, Jalan Raja, Dataran on Tuesday 4th Oct 2016 at 3pm tentatively. I received this Notice Today from Paramjit Singh Gill.
All shareholders should attend the EGM on 4 Oct 2016 to support the Reso. We don't have to pay a single cent to engage lawyer to take action against the previous board. Also, must give a lesson to other PRC companies listed here. Don't ever come here to "con" us.
Let's say all resolutions passed in the EGM, but what will be the next worst case scenario? Could it left over nothing in the company account (and to check and confirm this itself is a challenge already)...
Esos exercised 11 sen to sell at 5 sen ? Where got people do like that one. Who want voluntarily buy 11 sen to sell at 5 sen. Why want to buy 11 sen when can buy at open market at 5 sen ? Wasn't it obvious ? Empty company. Dead company. Nothing to salvage.
Exercised @ 11 sen, paid Company 11 sen for new shares, misappropriated the 11 sen from the Company, sold shares to naive Malaysians for 5 sen, untung lima sen!
WORLD MOST OPEN SCAM ON EARTH HAPPENING FROM CHINESE PUBLIC LISTED COMPANIES. WHAT IS HAPPENING ON EARTH? WAIT FOR SGM OF MULTI SPORTS HOLDING LTD TO COMPLETE FIRST. PLEASE WAIT. MUST BRING SECURITIES COMMISSION AND SSM AND BERMUDA REGISTRAR OF C OF COMPANIES TO COME TO ATTEND THE SGM CALLED ON 4-10-2016 AT 3PM (ROYAL SELANGOR CLUB, BALLROOM). ALL MUST ATTEND. BRING ALONG ALL THE PRESS AND MEDIA TO ATTEND TOO.
