Yeah hkc1969 Keep invested for long term. It is very difficult to find good counters these days. When you find something good best not to try and day trade as it is a very difficult game to play. For fun is o.k. but for some peace of mind and also to continue to gain steadily over the years it is best to keep hands in the pocket and just let things be. I am speaking from many years in the market and I have seen many good horses leave me stranded. One of them was YTLE, I bought for less than 20 sen, sold for a few sens gain. A few weeks later they got license for broadband and the counter went up and up to 90 + sen.

With the completion of Vancouver project and planned sales of Little Bay Cove land, Tiah junior may concentrate on developing its Malaysian landbank and managing the 7 hotels TAGB owned worldwide. The Damansara Avenue project, KLCC land, Bukit Bintang land and Dutamas project will require his leadership to uplock their values. The 7 hotels also need his supervision to increase their yields as mentioned by Tiah junior in an interview last year.

I put a lot of faith in both TA n TAGB.

A well received n successful project in international level. However, the local investors had valued TAGB as "stone" when it is actually "gold". The price is dirt cheap n extremely undervalued. The price had dropped from RM0.48 during IPO to RM0.34 now.

the dateline for the dispsal of the land in sydney is on 07/04/2017. another month to go. if tagb price inching up slowly from now on, highly likely the disposal will happen

The recent price is extremely undervalue. With NTA @ 0.57 one had limited to loss but unlimited gain ahead. Buy now as minimum exposure to the majority people. Once someone write (market) about it, the price will be moving fast n furious

We can only find this kind of cheap sales in Bursa Malaysia. We can not find this mispricing in other part of the world. Malaysian investors are not sophiscated enough and they see this piece of gold as stone.

Guess the transfer of assets saga of IWC will affect other undervalued properties stocks like TAGB. The last valuation of TAGB assets was done way back in 2010. After taken into account current market value, the NTA easily will touch RM1.00 and above.
