the outlook for this share is actually superb, even better when the oil price is lower. lower oil price = higher malaysian govt debt = lower forex against US/EURO. Note how the forex affects the profit of homeritz? a real deal if you buy and keep it now

Let me break down my valuation
Average FCF for last 3 years =20666
Market cap=176000
Cash & invesment=51586
MI=4056
Debt = 2500
Discount rate= WACC = 10%

FCF growth next 5 years at 1%
Terminal growth = 1%
I get FCFE per share of Rm1.39.

AM i wrong or this share is actually too cheap?

As u accumulate u also want it to go down right? hehe. Don't sell n ignore -ve figure at your trading platform. That is just paper loss.

Come one go down homeritz please and let all investor here buy n get a very good >10% dividend return and growing.

My portfolio always consist a lot of Dividend counter... Huayang, L&G, INARI, protasco, & recently pantech.

Just wondering how I ever missed this Homeritz counter.

Pika Chan...... that dip might be really quick never know, so I start buy now. Use my experience with INARI last time from 3.00Plus drop to 2.12 in 4-5 days I start buy at 2.85 coz I dont know when it will bottom. Some say below 2.00 la some say below 1.50 la But I just continue buy.

But always remember dont buy all at 1 go, coz I might need extra capital to buy at even lower price.

this is a plain old boring vanilla company. dont expect it to grow overnight. when price go up, ppl get greedy waiting for it to go higher and higher. when price come down, den u regret for not selling. use your brains when investing, and less of your emotion. ive seen this price shoot up to 0.96, dint sell, dint regret. because this company is worth holding. if u are just aiming for quick gains just sell it once it reaches ur percentage gain. dont keep look back and complain.
