flexibility to raise funds and to implement corporate proposals which may entail the issuance

Proposed Amendments
The Proposed Amendments are intended to facilitate the change in the par value of APFT
Shares from RM0.20 each to RM0.05 each resulting from the Proposed Par Value Reduction
