APFT to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed;
If relevant, APFT to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by shareholders at the forthcoming annual general meeting for the authority to issue shares pursuant to Section 132D of the Act before the listing of the Placement Shares;
APFT and TA Securities are required to submit the placees details in accordance to Paragraph 6.15(1) of the LR for Bursa Securities’ approval prior to each tranche of placement;
TA Securities must submit to Bursa Securities the placee’s details in accordance with Paragraph 6.15 of the LR as soon as practicable after each tranche of placement and before the listing of the Placement Shares; and
