Amresearch said the RNAV for IJMLand is RM 4.20. In the calculation Amresearch include the 1180 ha land in Johore state which they bought at RM 2.30 psf and now the land price has increased to Rm 5.00 psf. They also include the upcoming township Bandar Rimbayu in Klang valley (about 1150+ ha) with the development value of about 11billions. Amresearch 's fair value for IJMLand is RM 3.80. May be because of the above reasons, IJM think is worth to privatised IJMLand now.
dear all, i maintain that ijm land will hit RM3.20-3.30 within the next 2 months. I have made the prediction a month ago and am sticking to it. my prediction is based on the current developments by IJM Land in Penang, Seremban and Klang. The Iskandar factor would give IJM land the much needed re rating. You can read that property would rise due to recently concluded GE in most research now.

read comments from cariyoyo on 18.04.2013. he predicted IJM Land to hit RM3.20 within 3 months. He was right. Cariyoyo also predicted prices of Coastal and Maybulk to go up.
my new target price for ijm land is 3.50 within the next 2 months. most important factor for my revision is due to its net cash going up in line of old sales being factored in. ijm land nav would rise to RM4.10. so, you are buying on discount, even at RM3.20. my next target price for coastal is RM3. this is another counter being neglected by investors but should be picked up by investors' radars soon.
cariyoyo, you deserve the muacks from JaniceLove. Maybe you need to be physically given one too! You have predicted the upward move since April. What's your target should it reaches RM3.50? Looking at it, IJM Land may soon hit RM3.50.
if not the sudden plug of nikkei, klci could have seen another 1800 break thru. now the heat is cold off plus uncertainty on U.S, without new catalyst it will be difficult to continue the cycle. if najib pour another round of etp projects soon enough plus no further "wonder" from global market, maybe klci sentiment can improve, especially to properties counters rely on local market. juz a cheap view... how about u? what do u think?
