I am still puzzle at the missing 200 acres land at Pontian. It is missing from the list of properties owned by Daiman in the last 2 AR. Can anyone help? Thanks.

to datuk calvin, see lah this dieman boss no stingy only own 50% dare to takeover at a huge premium and he's not even a dato. that dato butayap owned 54% no offer to takeover at 80cts ar?

so bro apollo, now u know why i dont like property stocks focusing in 1 area. in particular, i dont quite like ksl, can keep on building apartments but i dont see many ppl buying.
i wonder how come ksl can still record such high revenues.
Daiman i know very well lah. I have seen their lands in Tmn Sentosa, Johor Jaya, Tmn Daya, Kota Tinggi. Daiman got one prime petrol land just less than one acre in Senai . I went to see this piece of land more than 30 times already. Want to buy but they keep asking higher and higher price.
I think Daiman Boss will make a killing buying it at Rm3 a share. Then sell off assets piece meal from Rm10 to Rm15 for 3x to 5x more very easily.
All shareholders should go ask SC OR BURSA TO MAKE IT COMPULSORY FOR ALL LISTED COMPANIES TO DO A COMPLETE UP TO DATE REVALUATION BEFORE PRIVATISATION IS ALLOWED
ALSO THE DAIMAN HQ WAS FORMER LANDMARK BUILDING IN JB CDB
THEY GOT IT FROM JOHOR HIGHCOURT AUCTION FOR A SONG. THEY SPENT ANOTHER RM100 MILLIONS TO DO UP 2 BUILDINGS
1. DAIMAN HQ WHICH FACE THE IBRAHIM BUSINESS CENTRE. AND NEXT DOOR IS JOHOR DOUBLE TREE HILTON HOTEL
SO IF REVALUED DAIMAN NTA SHOULD BE ABOVE RM10. A SHARE
