Kenanga's research report appeared to be totally biased in terms of assigning target price to Tropicana and Eco World if we compare the PE ratio, ROE and dividend yield for the two companies.... simply absurd....

totally biased ... 72% discount on RNAV.
With current degearing process, this anal-yst should reduced the discount to only 55% (consider the teruk case already) to RNAV.
This will give the target to about 1.80.

72% discount consider veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy teruk already. The bank also have to close down b;cos totally no loan given to property market.

You think najib can tahan the msia GDP from falling based on only his PR1MA housing project. No way-man. London bridge also can fall down .

cimb only give 10% discount to RNAV on Ecoworld.

So big different between Ecoworld and tropicana on discount given between this 2 research house.
But industry average should be around 50% the worst case
