i think tropicana will do a YTL style where a powerful dividend will be announced.
Just like ytl power strongly rebound from bottom once a dividend of 10 cent was announced.

Good show before right issue proposal might come out soon. With par value at 1.00, I believe the management will push up the share price to level between 1.15 -1.20 . Then they might propose right issue at price 1.00 which represent 15% -20% dicount from current price. Proposal could annouce as soon as next week.

MCT ( GW Plastics ) will be making its debut tmr. at an indicative price of RM1.28. The offer price is around a discounted 50% RNAV which is in line with mid cap listed property companys in bursa.

This will rank the company among the likes of Tropicana Corp Bhd and SPB. It also said to have pilgrim fund and Philippines Ayala as it cornerstone investors.

With apple to apple comparison as listed below :

1) Issue and paid up capital
2) Potential GDV
3) Available land bank
4) History, track record and brand name
