NEt profit drop doesn't mean they are heading into trouble. It is a property development company so when they book in the profit later on, profit will recover. The most important thing is the pipeline, which is huge.

I entered warrants at 57 sen. Despite the drop in earnings, I am completely at ease. Because I know that at 1.34, tropicana is not overvalued. I am very sure about that

Btw, my investment horizon is three years, so I am willing to take some short term ups and downs

Wah icon.... finally one smart man..........but Yau still failed....failure in bottom line is due to interest finance and heavy heavy marketing.....to achieve the 2B........while he use the A&P and marketing to camouflage the interest finance.....take that away for us to see the 0.7 gearing
