if you still can afford the loan & upfront payment, starts looking for one now before GST & power tariff inflation effect comes in.

not necessary have to be Tropicana products....just don't over leverage, if cannot afford the loan anymore, just let it be...

auction property only happens when the buyers source of income are terminated, that they are force to default in serving the loan facility they took, else, nothing stopping those genuine buyers or speculators with very strong streams of income....

there are too much at stake to let property sector down, coz there are too many chain of supplies related to property sector, be it construction, building materials, manufacturing & industrial products.......the main focus is to weed out speculators, not to hammer down property sector until the whole chain of supplies affected - resulting risk of unemployment, which defect the purpose of cooling measurement...they want to make property more affordable with less speculation, not making unemployment figure grow.....if thing doesn't go according to their plan, anytime they are going to flip flop the policy

Lately has anybody noticed that luxury cars are increasing on our road??? Most of these are company car.....esp those cayenne and bmw x6 and land rovers ......so personal money is not spent on cars.....where do they go??.....I know a lot are investing properties in London and Melbourne CBD .........after they exhausted Malaysia.

Why exhausted you ask?......more than 2 houses, things get a bit complicated..... EPF withdrawal can only be use for 1 house and bank loan will decrease with no of property.....not unless you have many wife's or children whose name you can use......

If you have read the article on Iskandar which I shared the link! I have already said! they cannot afford to lose the Singaporeans.....they make a large % of investors......especially initial investors which is the most important......

Malaysia has a reputation of snubbing partners when they do well.....happen for water, sand, .....so for now Malaysia need Singapore in Iskandar......The PIV set up for the collaboration is exactly that,.....to protect each of the interest fr temasek and khazanah.....of their respective citizen and interrest.....
