You are right LuckyG. I undestand few funds are accumulating the stock now due to cheap valuation and strong fundamental of the company. Most funds like well managed FMCG company

In 2017 annual report, they paid off the entire short term loan. Then they up the borrowing to 157M in the last Q report. This is before the Auric Pacific acquisition story in Dec. Anyone has any clue why they did this? The entire Auric Pacific is to be satisfied by cash via borrowings. I just afraid they will be working for the bank.

Once the Shariah-compliant funds finish disposing DKSH's stocks. Its stock price will recover to RM3, and subsequently to RM4 if market sentiment remains good.

I am just reading through Icapital rating. From the past few years until now, they have been advocating “ Cash in King. They hardly have buying call on any stock. But guess what. They have buy call on DKSH.

Dont ever hope the swiss company like DIgi, DKSH to issue right to cover debt,they are strong base company,increase in paid up capital only wil dilute their EPS,not worthy.Buy in at the right time.I still remember when 1997 DIgi IPO RM5 / share,1998 crisis Digi drop to RM2.85 nobody buy,year 2000 RM9.85,Year 2007 RM21 Year 2013 RM46.00.I did not mention DKSH will follow the same trend,but all the company hold by European like Guiness, Calsburg have a almost same business model.
