SHL has landbanks that at least 3years without revaluation & its project, the share price well below the net tangible assets per share , co will continue to give 3.7% dividend yield, reasonable valuations, target price RM3.23
I think there are just too many negative news out there for properties. Thanks to these negative news and the fear of budget, price of properties counters are so low. Looks like this is consolidating quite nicely, I think anytime will move, maybe next friday. People are afraid of budget, but epf is not afraid.
shl was based in bandar sg. long. my friend who stayed in bandar sg. long more than 10 years told me that shl is not aggressive in housing development. there was not much housing project launch by shl recently. anybody here can make a comment regarding this.
