MKH is moving to increase its unbilled property sales aggressively. As reported the company has lined up RM1.4 bil sales this year with more than 50% to be launched in 2H. Imagine leverage of > 2 times over revenue .. that will power MKH to move forward.

Lim, no need worry , just be steady as long as u know what u invested. If everyday also fear, how to sleep well? The outlook will be depending on the management, any plan for future development, aggressive or not, market sentiment? If the company sitting on few hundred million cash but do nothing, what for? So trust what you invested, right time to enter and right time to exit.

probably, the plantation sector 's profit in Q3 may not as good as Q2. the cpo price was dropped below rm2,400 from RM2,900 in March and the rupiah forex was depreciated 4.3% against RM and 2.5% against USD.
